ATEX – When flour and sugar become explosive
Many ingredients in the food industry (flour, starch, sugar, spices) are highly explosive in dust form. A single spark in a filter system can have fatal consequences.
- Certified safety: We dimension and deliver systems with full ATEX documentation, correct zone classification, and necessary safety equipment such as explosion relief panels, flameless venting, and spark arrestors.
- Safe placement: We advise on the placement of filters and exhaust vents (e.g., with pressure relief directed upwards or outdoors) so that both employees and buildings are optimally secured.

Hygiene and Controlled Climate

Energy optimization – Recover heat from the furnace
Baking, frying, and boiling generate huge amounts of excess heat, which is often simply vented into the atmosphere. We change that.
- Heat recovery: We install efficient heat exchangers on the exhaust from industrial ovens and cooling tunnels, allowing the heat to be reused for heating domestic water or production halls.
- Demand control: Intelligent dampers ensure that extraction only runs at full power when the oven is open or the line is running, significantly minimizing electricity consumption.
