Quality: The dust-free surface
Dust is enemy number one in surface treatment. Even microscopic particles can require re-lacquering or polishing, costing time and money.
- Controlled airflow: We design the system with the correct flow (e.g., cross-draft or vertical flow), directing overspray away from the workpiece and ensuring external dust does not enter the zone.
- Optimal filtration: With pre- and post-filters, we ensure the heat exchanger remains clean and that exhaust air meets environmental regulations before leaving the building.
- Constant pressure: The control system ensures stable booth pressure, so doors and airlocks can be opened without swirling impure air onto newly lacquered workpieces.
Energy: Recover heat from the cabin.
Heating large volumes of outdoor air to 20-25°C, only to extract it seconds later, is expensive. This is where the greatest savings potential lies.
- High-efficiency heat exchangers: We use high-efficiency cross-flow heat exchangers that recover heat from the exhaust air and transfer it to the supply air. This can significantly reduce heating requirements.
- Operation in "Economy Mode": Using frequency converters (VFDs) and automatic damper control, the system can ramp down when the spray gun is not active, or when workpieces are simply drying or curing.
- Recirculation: Where safety permits (and legislation allows), we can design the system for partial recirculation during the drying process for further energy savings.
