- High vacuum and spot extraction: The lightweight dust is best captured close to the tool. We dimension the system with the correct suction pressure so fibers are removed before reaching the employee's breathing zone.

Energy optimization in a lightweight industry

- Intelligent control: Our systems only run at the necessary capacity. When a grinding machine stops, suction is automatically regulated down via frequency converters (VFDs).
- Heat recovery: We ensure that the cleaned air is either recirculated (where legislation allows) or passed through heat exchangers, so the heat from production stays in the building instead of being wasted outside.
