Task

In connection with the establishment of a new domicile for Prodan A/S in Randers, Technor has delivered a complete process ventilation system. The focus area was to create an optimal working environment, where well-being is paramount and the environment is impacted as little as possible, while energy consumption is optimal.

Solution

Welding smoke extraction

The system is dimensioned based on 6 welding robots with interceptors and 16 manual welding arms


Extraction from thermal cutting

Extraction of smoke from the plasma cutting process


Grinding dust extraction from manual grinding machines

Fitted with flexible extraction arms to achieve extraction directly from the particle pollution source


Extraction from processing machines

Extraction of grinding dust from grinding and polishing machines. The dust particles are filtered through compressed-air-cleaned filters.



Exhaust gas extraction

Extraction of exhaust gases from lorries during loading and unloading in halls


Oil mist extraction

The oil mist is extracted via 59 processing machines and filtered through oil mist filters


Room ventilation

Room ventilation is established to ensure that the working environment is always optimal through fresh air in production buildings. Dust particles and the like present in the air in the buildings will also be significantly reduced


Heat recovery

The ventilation units for heat recovery have an efficiency of 85%. In the units there is a heating surface which supplements the heating in cold periods
