Task

Insufficient extraction from processing machines.

Solution

Extraction from various decentralised extraction units from several machining processes, as well as dust extraction. The coarse separation of the residue takes place first in a cyclone and then a vacuum filter for dust filtration, where optimisation for reducing operation and maintenance costs was a priority. The filter has a minimum of moving parts for optimised maintenance. The vacuum filter design saves energy by ensuring that the fan always operates in clean air without dust and chips, which also minimises wear on the fan. The automatic compressed air purifying system in the filter ensures efficient cleaning of the filter bags, which reduces energy consumption. Automatic valves, combined with a frequency-controlled exhaust fan, ensure energy-efficient operation, as the air volume is always adapted to the current demand.


The system has a timer-controlled cleaning valve, which ensures that material does not get blocked in the main pipe.
