Solution

The ventilation system provides ventilation of the production hall and extraction of process air from printing machines. A 100 kW water chiller is installed to supply cooling water to the ventilation unit, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the production hall for an optimal working environment.

The ventilation principle is displacement ventilation with displacement fittings that ensure a good air flow in the production hall.

Ventilation is controlled both by pressure due to the process exhaust from the machines and by the temperature in the production hall. The air volume, and thus the power consumption, is always adapted to the current need, for energy-efficient operation.
