Vacuum extraction system for cutting machines and cleaning

Task

When cutting brick elements with a hand-held circular saw, dust will occur which, due to the health and environmental risks, must be removed. For multiple handling and processing operations, dust, etc., will have to be removed to ensure a clean working environment.

Solution

A vacuum extraction system with a high-vacuum pump is installed with outlets so that the hand-held circular saw always has sufficient extraction and ON TOOL exhaust.

Furthermore, several outlets for the vacuum extraction hose have been installed so that the entire production area is always covered.
