Extraction of fumes from the filling process and extraction of paint fumes at the mixing table

Task
The filling process of items releases fumes that must be extracted from personnel areas to avoid health hazards. When working with paint at a mixing table, fumes are produced which must also be effectively extracted from where personnel are working.
Solution
Three extraction arms, each 3 metres long, are installed. Rotary and tiltable hoods, measuring 1,500 mm in length and rim extraction, are fitted to the extraction arms. The extraction arms are easily adjusted in all directions, so extraction always takes place during the work process.
The mixing table is fitted with a tornado extraction system, which ensures good extraction, drawing paint fumes away from the occupied zone and eliminating health risks.
